Starting off the new season for CannaVenture couldn’t have been any better! The hike took place in Hermitage TN, along the Day Loop Trail. This will be a place we definitely visit again. The Park staff at Long Hunter State Park worked with our team great, and had no problem with our presence.
Even though the town had just been hit with a devastating storm a week prior, the spirits of the hikers not affected. Everyone had a blast, and the weather was perfect.
One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the park, and pathways. The trails led us through the woods, and wrapped around the beautiful blue lake. We stopped for a while and skipped a few rocks of course, nothing but bliss.
Continuing back, we had a chance to have quite a few interesting conversations, and prattle with with other passing enthusiasts. We wrapped it up and said peace until next time. This hike was great for getting out and stretching our legs.
I’m stoked about this year, and excited to say that this will probably be the best year yet. Let’s show em’ how it’s done Tennessee!
Our next Tennessee hike is March 28th near Monteagle, TN. You can RSVP here.
Our next CO hike is April 19th near Castle Rock, CO. More details can be found at the hike plan page. Make sure to check out the plan and RSVP before the hike fills up! We will be announcing more events soon, so stay tuned and subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date.
Happy CannaVenturing!
Much love,
