Saturday kicked off our second annual Discs-n-Dabs™ Fall Classic at WonderVu Disc Golf Course in Boulder County, CO. Teams began arriving just after 7AM with more than 90% of teams being checked in before the 9AM players meeting. Golfers were given merchandise and players packs, as well as a brief overview of and reminder of information about the tournament.

Just after 9AM, we kicked it off with our players meeting, explaining that everyone would be playing a first round of 18 baskets, and then a selection of the top 10 teams would be playing a Final 9 round to determine winners. CTPs and Ace Pool were also announced. After a few more dabs from the Freenail dab lounge and the Apothecary Extracts table, golfers headed out in a shotgun start format for a round of 18 baskets played as Best Disc, with Discs-n-Dabs rules being encouraged but not required).

The first few teams began finishing their rounds just after 11:30AM as the potluck began. Lunch was comprised of a variety of contributions from golfers and sponsors ranging from donuts to homemade pico de gallo, to medicated wings and Koolaid Pie. As players would finish their rounds, new items continued to be added to the mixture.

After the potluck and first rounds had completed, the top 10 teams were announced and went on to play their Final 9. After a few tie breakers to determine final rankings, final scores were announced and awards were handed out.
